Allie O’Hare-Siques
Artistic Director

Art in Motion Dance is owned and directed by Allie O’Hare-Siques. Allie is an experienced, professional dance instructor and performer who has more than 30 years of dance experience.
Miss Allie fell in love with dance at just three years old. From the very beginning, she dedicated herself to mastering a wide range of styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary and ballroom. After high school, she went on to earn her BFA in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. Following graduation, Miss Allie pursued a professional performance career, dancing with modern companies and working as a back up dancer and singer across Miami, Florida. She later took her talents to the high sea, performing with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
During a brief pause from performing, Miss Allie discovered her true passion for teaching – and she hasn’t looked back since.
Today, as the Owner and Director of Art in Motion Dance, Allie has developed a premier dance program that teaches students throughout the DMV and provides a safe and nurturing space for children and adults to explore their artistic abilities. Art in Motion Dance’s goal is to help students develop their physical, creative, imaginative, emotional, and intellectual capacities. The professionally trained staff encourages each individual student to reach their full potential in all these areas while in class.
Miss Allie and Art in Motion Dance are thrilled to be a part of this amazing Community and are always excited to continue to grow and connect with dancers of all ages and levels!

Ed O’Hare
Business Manager

Ed began his career in the performing arts in the 1960s, playing trombone alongside his brothers and sisters in the O’Hare family band for the senior citizens community in Baltimore, MD. He went on to perform with the Maryland Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Maryland All-State Band, several rock and roll bands, Hank Levey’s Towson State Jazz Ensemble (whose music is featured in the movie “Whiplash”), and the US Army Band.
His final stint as a full-time musician was as a student at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. While in Boston, Ed began taking classes in Information Technology, which eventually led to a 50-year career in the US government and the private sector. In 2010, he left the U.S. General Services Administration, where he served as Assistant Commissioner for Information Technology, and retired in 2018 as President and CEO of Koniag Government Services.
In 2020, Ed became the business manager and part-time performer at Art In Motion Dance. In this position, he enjoys working with family, including Miss Allie and his lovely wife, Bunny. His daughter, Katie, and his son, Wade, are often joined by his sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren, who perform and work together during recitals and performances.

Paris Johnson
Office Manager

After 18 years in retail management with Home Depot and Total Wine, Paris transitioned to a new chapter when she had her son—becoming a stay-at-home mom, a licensed real estate agent, and eventually joining the team at Art in Motion. She now manages administrative and office responsibilities at the studio, and it’s been one of the most fulfilling roles she’s taken on.
Paris has always been organized, proactive, and a natural “doer”. She loves jumping in, solving problems, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. At Art in Motion, Ms. Paris gets to use those skills every day to support our incredible team, help make life a little easier for parents, and make sure the kids have a fun, seamless experience from the moment they walk in. Paris believes there’s nothing better than seeing their excitement and knowing you’ve helped create a space where they can thrive and express themselves.
Paris’s passion shines through helping others, being part of a positive, creative community, and she is so grateful to work alongside amazing people. Especially Miss Allie, who she absolutely loves!

Victoria Kruetzer
Dance Instructor / Media

Victoria Kreutzer is a dancer, choreographer, and educator with degrees in Dance Performance and Psychology from Rider University. She has also performed in a dance film with John Barrella and The Redef Movement Dance Company.
Beyond the studio, Victoria works in academic success, executive function, and life coaching, supporting students—particularly those with ADHD and learning differences—in their educational and personal growth.

Nikki Stone
Dance Instructor

Nikki Stone discovered the beauty of dance at the age of 6; she was quickly enamored with the expressive possibilities of movement and music. Nikki grew up in the dance competition circuit while also training at ballet schools in the Northern Virginia area. She continued developing her artistry at East Coast Movement under the direction of Billy Larson. As a teenager, she was thrilled to perform works by Billy Larson at the Painted Bride Theatre and Joyce Theatre, and then by Marinda Davis in the NY premier of “UnBreakable” at Salvatore Capezio Theatre.
Nikki started teaching dance as a high school senior and went on to complete her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at George Mason University, where she had the privilege of performing renowned works by Camille Brown, Robert Battle, and Luis Torres Ortiz, as well as gifted student choreographers. Under the direction of Susan Shields, the School of Dance helped Nikki distinguish her voice as a choreographer for which she has earned awards in regional dance competitions. Nikki has performed numerous times at Harris Theatre, the Center for the Arts, the National Conference for Undergraduate Research, and the Capezio ACE awards.
Nikki is thrilled to be collaborating with fellow dance educators at AIM and to share the value of movement and creativity with a new generation of artists!

Lesley Forde
Cheer Coach

Lesley Forde is thrilled to be a part of the AIM Cheer family! She has been coaching our cheerleaders for the past three years and couldn’t be happier with her role on the team. Although she officially began coaching with us a few years ago, Lesley has been a beloved member of the Art in Motion Dance family for much longer.
Her daughter, Leighton, who just turned 15, has been dancing with Miss Allie and her incredible team of teachers since she was three years old.
When Lesley learned that AiM was looking for cheer coaches, she jumped at the opportunity to teach, grow, and thrive within this amazing community. We’re so lucky to have her passion and dedication on our team!

Joana (JoJo) DiPaolo
Ballroom Dance Instructor / Stage Manager

JoJo has been performing on stages since she was 4 years old; thru baton twirling, beauty pageants, dance recitals and theatre performances. It wasn’t until college (where she studied Psychology and Finance) that she danced in her first Disney parade, became president of the social dance club and fell in love with ballroom dancing. After leaving the US for almost 3 years to volunteer in Nicaragua with the Peace Corps, she came back eager to take up dancing again and found her way back to Disneyland; this time adding in character entertainer roles in meet & greets, stage shows, and parade floats. While starting her master’s program (in Non-profit Management) she was once again pulled in the dance direction as she began instructing at Fred Astaire Ballroom dance studios. This led to a video audition which landed her a spot with the Radio City Rockettes for a summer season in New York. Eventually, all this experience aided in the start of her boutique ballroom dance business, where she choreographed for weddings, sweet 16s, and formal events. Currently, she teaches social ballroom dances for Art in Motion, and enjoys co-collaborating with her partner’s business, Dance at Home.

Ivy Wydler
Dance Instructor

Ivy started dancing when she was three years old and began taking classes with Miss Allie when she was five. She specialized in tap, ballet, jazz, and contemporary. Ivy started assisting with classes in middle school, and she officially joined Miss Allie’s staff her freshman year of high school. Ivy loves working with students, but since she is currently in college at Dartmouth, she looks forward to seeing them for summer/winter break camps and shows (such as Frosty Follies and McLean Day)! Miss Ivy loves everything AIM: her friends from growing up a dancer, all the songs and performances, and of course, dancing and Miss Allie herself!
