Art in Motion Dance is a premier dance program. We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for children to explore their artistic abilities. Our goal while teaching students is to help them develop their physical, creative, imaginative, emotional and intellectual capacities. Our professionally trained staff encourages each individual student to reach their full potential in all these areas while in class.
Art in Motion Dance uses the Joy of Dance children’s syllabus, created by Marilyn Baird. This syllabus is an introduction to the joys of dancing that integrates the Royal Academy of Dance Pre-Primary and Primary programs. The curriculum for our program is comprised of ballet, musical theater, tap, jazz, hip hop and modern/contemporary. The company takes pride in producing demonstrations, recitals and full production shows to give our students an opportunity to perform and allow parents to take part in their growth as an artist.
